Kitchen 88 serves up delicious modern American food at their mobile truck and at a take-away restaurant in American Fork. Owner Brandon Clark has big plans for his food truck, including a bigger truck and eventually a brick-and-mortar restaurant. He is an LDS missionary and attended the Culinary Institute of America before returning home to Utah. His family helps out by creating the distinctive Kitchen 88 logo and his wife Hayley does their social media marketing. A fan favorite is the seven-ounce grilled tri-tip with mashed potatoes and snap peas drizzled with any of Kitchen 88’s sauces, like peri-peri, BBQ, sweet chili or chimichurri.
